We process orders within 24-48 business hours. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary by location:
- European Union: 3-10 working days
- Rest of the World: 5-14 working days

What If My Order Is Delayed?
Sometimes, delays happen due to stock issues, busy seasons, or other unforeseen factors. If 45 days pass without your order arriving, contact us at info@treemoon.world, and we’ll help sort it out.

How can I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships, allowing real-time tracking.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it enters processing and can't be changed.

Can I add items to my order?Once an order is placed, additional items will need to be ordered separately.

What's your return policy?
We accept claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days of receipt. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact info@treemoon.world to initiate a return or claim.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues. Please refer to our size guide carefully before making a purchase.

What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@treemoon.world within 30 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the damage in your email.

Who pays for return shipping for damaged items?
If we confirm that the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns of any items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. This includes sealed goods (e.g., face masks) and personalized items.

Yes! We use organic textiles and eco-certified inks. Our inks are OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT and GOTS 5.0 certified.
