RETURNS POLICY

Here at Treemoon we love our customers and make every effort
to provide the best shopping experience.

If, however, you received an item you’re not satisfied with, please contact us at contact@treemoon.world, within 14 days from the time you received the order, according to the tracking record.

 Please provide clear pictures of the defect in the product, and an explanation of the reason you wish to return the item, so we can solve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Make sure the item remains unused and in its original condition and packages received. Items that have been used or out of the original package are not eligible for returns.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
